Processing Time

All items in my shop are handmade with care.
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipping.
During busy seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

IMPORTANT! Free personal pick-up is available at designated locations in Budapest.

 

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (within Hungary/EU):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
Free shipping options may appear for qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
If you cannot find the email, please check your spam folder.

Packaging

All jewelry is carefully packed in protective packaging to ensure safe delivery.

Customs & Import Taxes (International Customers)

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs inspections. We cannot influence or estimate these charges.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before purchasing.
Zaniart is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package seems delayed, contact us at info@zaniart.hu and we will assist you.
While we cannot control postal services, we always do our best to help locate lost orders.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery

If a package is returned because it was unclaimed or had an incorrect address:

  • The buyer may choose a refund (minus shipping)

  • OR pay for reshipping.
